Restore is a private practice treatment center, specializing in eating disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. The approach we take is all-inclusive, so we provide a “one-stop-shop” for the full treatment of eating disorders. Equipped with a registered dietician, individual therapist and a family therapist, we are dedicated to serving individuals and families who are struggling to manage the
complexities of eating disorders and the pervasive impact those disorders have on families. We have more than 20 years of combined experience in this field and are excited to join forces to provide full healing and treatment to this devastating illness.

OurMethod
At Restore Family Therapy, we offer families the resources they need for true healing. Although we treat eating disorders across the lifespan, we have specialized training in the treatment in adolescents, teenagers and young adults. We are one of the only practices in San Diego that offer family-inclusive treatment, the evidence-based treatment for adolescents with eating disorders. Studies have shown tremendous success in involving the family in the treatment of adolescents and teens with eating disorders. Parents are often a highly motivated and great external source of safety, containment, and support. At Restore Family Therapy, we provide education and guidance on how the family can be key members of the treatment team at home.
