Types of Therapy
Individual Therapy
We work with children, adolescents, teens, young adults and adults on a variety of topics! Please see our list of specialties on areas we can help you with. If you are motivated for change and want to see results quickly, we recommend weekly appointments.
Couples Therapy
We work with couples who are dating, thinking about taking the next step, engaged, or married. Whether the therapy is to resolve conflict, heal wounds from the past, establish healthy boundaries, or simply strengthen the relationship, no matter the issue, we are here to help. Regaining relational intimacy is accomplished through honest and connected experiences.
Family Therapy
Family counseling usually involves parents, siblings and extended family members into the treatment process. We focus on patterns of communication, parenting styles, personalities and other influences.
Child development is mainly influenced by the environment in which he or she grew up. Family plays an important role in our emotional, physical and spiritual development since each individual in the family system impacts and is impacted by the others. Depending on the unique needs and goals of the family, different combinations of family members may participate in each therapy session.
Group Therapy
Are you interested in working toward your goals with a group of other people invested in their growth? Group therapy is a wonderful way of building community and support while learning new therapeutic tools to increase resiliency and self-confidence! Please see our "Group Therapy" tab for more information.
